"撤改并"背景下中职生就读体验的生成机制与提升路径
Generative Mechanism and Enhancement Pathways of Secondary Vocational Students'Study Experience under the Policy of"Revocation,Restructuring and Merger"

Abstract
Under the policy of"revocation,restructuring and merger"that drives the integration of secondary vocational education resources,students'study experience has become a key indicator for measuring educational quality and attractiveness.Based on grounded theory and through in-depth interviews with 20 secondary vocational students,this study constructs a model of influencing factors on students'study experience.The findings reveal that students'study experience is formed by the interactive interplay of four core dimensions,including educational environment,professional characteristics,capability enhancement and future development,and exhibits dynamic evolutionary characteristics as students advance through grade levels.Specifically,a high-quality educational environment serves as the foundation for positive experiences;distinctive professional characteristics and effective teaching supply are the core drivers of learning engagement;clearly visible capability growth is the source of a key sense of gain;and positive expectations for future further education and employment endow learning with sustained meaning.Based on these findings,five pathways are proposed to effectively enhance secondary vocational students'study experience:optimizing the educational nurturing function of the environment to foster a supportive growth ecosystem;focusing on the connotation construction of majors to develop attractive teaching supply;attending to students'holistic development to build visible capability growth pathways;connecting students'growth channels to illuminate a sustainable future development landscape;and implementing stepped and targeted support to match the dynamic rhythm of students'development.关键词
