数字化转型背景下中国特色学徒制的形态重构与发展路径
Morphological Reconstruction and Development Pathways of Chinese-characteristic Apprenticeship under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract
Under the background of digital transformation,traditional apprenticeship faces a series of practical challenges:insufficient alignment between training objectives and job competency demands;imbalanced rhythm between mentoring mechanisms and technological updates;disconnection between practical training scenarios and virtual training needs;mismatch between evaluation systems and data-driven learning processes;and intensifying tension between school-enterprise collaborative mechanisms and platform-based governance demands.Meanwhile,the advancement of technologies such as virtual simulation,digital twins,artificial intelligence,online collaborative platforms,and big data analytics has brought new practical opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese-characteristic apprenticeship.Grounded in the theoretical analysis of skill formation theory and technology empowerment theory,the digital transformation of Chinese-characteristic apprenticeship is essentially a holistic reconstruction of training objectives,training fields,mentoring relationships,organizational forms,and evaluation and certification systems.To this end,coordinated efforts should be made from the following aspects:consolidating digital infrastructure,reconstructing a"digital skills+professional skills"integrated curriculum system,building an integrated mentoring team through school-enterprise collaboration,improving standards,evaluation and policy safeguard mechanisms,and constructing a multi-stakeholder collaborative digital apprenticeship ecosystem.关键词
