场景视域下高职教育资源下沉县域的内在机理与推进路径
Internal Mechanism and Promotion Paths of Downward Deployment of Higher Vocational Education Resources into County Areas from the Perspective of Scene Theory

Abstract
The downward deployment of higher vocational education resources into county areas is a critical pathway for serving the national strategy of coordinated regional development and advancing comprehensive rural revitalization.From the perspective of scene theory,this study analyzes the practical exploration of the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources into county areas in Zhejiang Province,and systematically identifies three typical application scenes:industry-driven scene,system-reconstruction scene,and platform-service scene.Through the analysis of these three scenes,it is found that the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources in all types of scenes follows a consistent logic chain of"demand identification—resources transformation—value generation".This logic chain reveals the logical starting point,core link,and enduring driving force behind the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources.To enhance the precision,effectiveness,and sustainability of the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources into county-level regions,it is recommended to establish scene selection principles based on county-level endowments and demands,design institutional guarantee systems aligned with the operational logic of each scene,and cultivate a social and cultural ethos that recognizes the value of skills.关键词
