茶树CsHSFB2B转录因子生信分析及热胁迫下对外源海藻糖响应特性
Genetic Analysis of CsHSFB2B Transcription Factor in Camellia sinensis and Its Response to Exogenous Trehalose Under Heat Stress

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the characteristics of the protein encoded by the CsHSFB2B gene in Camellia sinensis and its response mechanism to exogenous trehalose under heat stress.[Method]Bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the physicochemical properties,structure,and evolutionary relationships of the CsHSFB2B protein,and RT-qPCR was employed to detect its expression patterns under heat stress and trehalose treatment.[Result]The CsHSFB2B encodes a hydrophilic protein composed of 314 amino acids,with a molecular weight of 35.057 06 kD and an isoelectric point of 5.37,primarily consisting of random coils in its secondary structure.The protein is localized in the nucleus,containing an HSF domain and lacking a signal peptide and transmembrane structure.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that CsHSFB2B is most closely related to ClHSFB-2b from Camellia oleifera.RT-qPCR results showed that high temperature stress significantly induced the ex-pression of CsHSFB2B,and exogenous trehalose further enhanced its transcription level.[Conclusion]CsHSFB2B is involved in the heat stress response in Camellia sinensis,and trehalose treatment can strengthen the expression of this gene.关键词
