安康富硒茶籽油的抗氧化性研究与应用
Anti-oxidative Activity Investigation of Ankang Selenium-rich Tea Seed Oil and Its Application

Abstract
Using selenium-rich tea seeds of the Ankang landrace as raw material,tea seed oil was extracted via solvent extraction,and its an-tioxidant activity was evaluated using the DPPH free radical scavenging assay.Results indicated that under optimal extraction conditions—a sol-id-to-liquid ratio of 1∶10(g∶mL),extraction temperature of 50℃,and ultrasonic-assisted extraction at 150 W for 40 min—the oil yield from tea seeds reaches 31.3%.Although the antioxidant capacity of the selenium-rich tea seed oil derived from the Ankang landrace is marginally lower than that of conventional Camellia oleifera seed oil,it significantly surpasses both tea seed oil(control)and perilla seed oil which is a bo-tanical oil widely recognized for its potent antioxidant properties.Furthermore,a series of selenium-rich tea seed oil-based sunscreens were for-mulated by substituting Camellia oleifera seed oil with Ankang landrace selenium-rich tea seed oil as the primary oil phase.When the selenium-rich tea seed oil content in the formulation reaches 10.0%,the resulting sunscreen exhibits advanced UV protection efficacy,achieving perform-ance comparable to the commercially available Mistine Thai yellow hat sunscreen cream(SPF 50+,certified by the China Science and Technol-ogy Evaluation and Quality Inspection Alliance).These findings suggested that selenium-rich tea seed oil holds considerable promise for broad application in cosmetic formulations.关键词
