水溶肥与肥料增效剂复配对山地茄子生长及品质的影响
Effects of Water-soluble Fertilizer and Fertilizer Synergist on the Growth and Quality of Mountain Eggplant
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effects of water-soluble fertilizer and fertilizer synergist on the growth and quality of mountain egg-plant,and provide technical support for the green and efficient development of eggplant cultivation.[Method]The eggplant cultivar"Hangqie2010"was used to determine the physical and chemical properties of soil,plant growth,fruit appearance,nutritional quality and yield,under the treatments of T1(water-soluble fertilizer),T2(water-soluble fertilizer mixed with alginic acid),T3(water-soluble fertilizer mixed with fulvic acid)and CK.[Result]Water soluble fertilizer significantly increased plant height,crown width,stem diameter and leaf SPAD value,but reduced the content of nutrients of eggplant fruit.When combined with fertilizer synergist,it could increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein,especially for soluble protein in the compound fulvic acid eggplant increased by with 36.34%enhancement.The water-soluble fertilizer combined with fertilizer synergist also affected the color of eggplant fruit.When conbined with alginic acid,it pro-moted the level of fruit red color,it significantly improved the brightness of the peel when combined with fulvic acid.In terms of the yield-in-creasing effect of eggplants,the combination of water-soluble fertilizer and alginic acid is more effective than that of water-soluble fertilizer and fulvic acid.Water-soluble fertilizer mixed with alginic acid or fulvic acid,did not have negative effects on soil physical and chemical proper-ties.[Conclusion]The water-soluble fertilizer could promote the growth of eggplant and increase the yield.When combined with fertilizer syn-ergist,it could further increase the yield and improve the fruit appearance and nutritional quality.The effect of water-soluble fertilizer com-bined with alginic acid was better than others.关键词
