酸性土壤调理剂替代石灰对朝天椒产量及品质的影响
Effects of an Acidic Soil Conditioner Substituting for Lime on the Yield and Quality of Bird's Eye Chili

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effects of applying acidic soil conditioners instead of quicklime on the yield and quality of Bird's Eye Chili.[Method]A single-factor randomized block design was employed,with treatments including CK(conventional fertilization),T1(1 500 kg/hm2 lime+conventional fertilization),and T2(1 875 kg/hm2 acidic soil conditioner+conventional fertilization).[Result]Com-pared with CK,treatments T1 and T2 significantly increased plant height,stem circumference,and fruit set by 44.93%-51.57%,16.67%-17.50%,and 21.63%-45.04%,respectively.Treatment T2 further increased fruit set by 19.24%over T1.Compared with T1,T2 significant-ly increased reducing sugar content,pungency,capsaicin,dihydrocapsaicin,total capsaicinoids,and Scoville Heat Units(SHU)by 35.34%,23.00%,20.59%,21.43%,22.64%,and 23.01%,respectively.The yields for CK,T1,and T2 were 13.23,22.24,and 30.05 t/hm2,respectively.Based on the local Bird's Eye Chili purchase price of 4 200 yuan/t,T1 and T2 increased net returns by 37 800 and 70 600 yuan/hm2 compared to CK treatment.[Conclusion]Considering agronomic traits,yield,the tested acidic soil conditioner is more effec-tive than lime in enhancing both yield and economic output of Bird's Eye Chili.关键词
