膜下滴灌水氮耦合对大田辣椒产量及品质的影响
Effects of Water-Nitrogen Coupling Under Mulched Drip Irrigation on Yield and Quality of Field-Grown Chili Pepper
摘要
Abstract
To explore an efficient water-saving and fertilizer-saving cultivation pattern for field-grown pepper in the Jingdian irrigation area,a field experiment was conducted in 2024.The effects of different water-nitrogen coupling treatments under mulched drip irrigation on pepper yield and quality were investigated.Three irrigation levels were set:full irrigation(W1,75%-85%θf),mild deficit(W2,65%-75%θf),moderate deficit(W3,55%-65%θf)and three nitrogen application rates were designed:high nitrogen(N1,300 kg/hm2),medium nitrogen(N2,225 kg/hm2),low nitrogen(N3,150 kg/hm2),resulting in a total of nine treatments. The results showed that the water-nitrogen cou-pling combination had a significant impact on pepper yield and quality(P<0.05).The appropriate water-nitrogen combination(W2N2)pro-moted the coordinated development of yield components, achieving a high yield(8 752.33 kg/hm2)with no significant difference compared with conventional water and fertilizer management(W1N1),while significantly reducing irrigation water and nitrogen fertilizer usage. In terms of quality, mild deficit irrigation(W2)combined with medium nitrogen(N2)significantly increased the vitamin C content and soluble sugar content of peppers by 23.09%and 21.85%,respectively,compared with W1N1.In conclusion, for field-grown pepper production in the Jingdian Irrigation District, the water-nitrogen coupling model under mulched drip irrigation, combining mild water deficit(W2,65%-75%θf)with medium nitrogen application(225 kg/hm2),is an optimized cultivation strategy that achieves synergistic improvements in high yield, quality, water savings, and fertilizer reduction.关键词
