摘要

Abstract

Against the background of the current national initiative to vigorously advance the rural revitalization strategy and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,the issue of rural industrial development has emerged as a key constraint on the socio-economic development of China.Technology,as a pivotal driving force for societal transformation,exerts positive influences on rural industrial development through multi-ple pathways:facilitating technological penetration,restructuring industrial chains,enhancing operational efficiency,incubating emerging busi-ness models,and revitalizing rural resources.This study systematically examined practical constraints in technology-enabled rural industrial de-velopment through a three dimensional analytical framework:macro-level policy environments,meso-level industrial layout and technological in-novation challenges,and micro-level individual behaviors.Based on the above analysis,a breakthrough path to empowering rural industries through scientific and technological innovation was proposed,with the focus on establishing a long-term mechanism for the deep integration of science and technology with rural industrial development.It also included improving the science and technology service system,strengthening the construction of science and technology platforms,and promoting the transformation and application of scientific and technological achieve-ments.
