中医药在治疗伴有高雄症状的多囊卵巢综合征中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Hyperandrogenic Symptoms

Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is an endocrine and metabolic disorder characterized by hyperan-drogenemia(including hyperandrogenemia,hirsutism,acne,etc.),menstrual abnormalities,and ovulation disorders,severely impacting patients'reproductive health and quality of life.Hyperandrogenemia,as a key driver of the patho-physiological process of PCOS,is a core target for clinical intervention.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),based on the theory of"syndrome differentiation and treatment,"regulates androgen levels through multiple pathways using classic formulas(such as Cangfu Daotan Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Zhibai Dihuang Decoction,and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder)and prepared Chinese medicines(such as Guizhi Fuling Pill,Kuntai Capsule,and Dingkun Pill).This not only improves external symptoms such as hirsutism and acne but also improves insulin resistance and regulates ovarian function.This article systematically reviews the current application,mechanism of action,clinical prospects,and limitations of TCM in the treatment of hyperandrogenemia in PCOS,aiming to provide theoretical basis and re-search directions for the integrated TCM and Western medicine treatment of PCOS and promote the standardized appli-cation of TCM in this field.关键词
