Cultural Leadership and Empowerment:The Vision,Challenges,and Pathways for Rural Cultural Revitalization—A Case Study of Dutang Village

Abstract
Rural cultural revitalization is an intrinsic requirement for rural revitalization.Taking Dutang Village as a case study and emplo-ying scenario theory as an analytical framework,the practical scenarios of rural cultural revitalization were explored.This paper found:first,the empowerment of farming culture manifests in the exploration of cultural tourism value,farming experiences,and the construction of dedica-ted facilities.Second,rural public culture leads through coordinated advancement in three dimensions:space,facilities,and talent.In this process,on one hand,farming culture empowerment faces challenges such as ambiguous value recognition,lack of dissemination platforms,and talent shortages.On the other hand,rural public cultural services encounter bottlenecks including weak spatial restructuring,inadequate facility functionality,and shortages of professional personnel.Based on these findings,the following recommendations were proposed:for agri-cultural culture empowerment,leverage cultural-tourism integration as an engine to drive the transformation of cultural resources into tourism assets,prioritize the preservation and transmission of traditional agricultural culture,and provide policy support for talent development.For public cultural leadership,reshape rural public cultural spaces,upgrade facilities,and enhance the policy support system through three di-mensions:policy frameworks,fiscal investment,and talent incentives.This study aims to provide insights for theoretical development and practical exploration of rural cultural revitalization in the new era.关键词
