产教融合背景下创新型水生态修复人才培养模式实践
Practice of Innovative Talents Training Model for Water Ecological Restoration Under the Background of Industry Education Inte-gration

Abstract
Under the background of eco-environmental vonservation rising to the national strategy,the quality of water ecological restoration personnel training is directly related to the realization of the construction goal of"Beautiful China".At present,the field of water ecological restoration in China is facing problems such as insufficient supply of high-level technical and skilled talents,weak innovation ability,and dis-connection from the needs of industrial upgrading.The traditional training model has shortcomings such as lagging curriculum,lack of practice platform,and lack of industry university research collaboration mechanism.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China estab-lished the trinity development strategy of"education,science and technology,and talents",and promoting the integration of production and education has become the key path to solve the dilemma.This paper systematically analyzed the opportunities and challenges of talent training for water ecological restoration under the background of the integration of industry and education,and proposed the construction of a training model of"education chain-talent chain-industry chain-innovation chain",which could realize the transformation of talent training from"disci-pline based"to"demand driven"through professional dynamic adjustment,cross-border curriculum integration,teacher development and school enterprise collaborative evaluation,and provide theoretical and practical reference for improving the quality of talent training for water e-cosystem restoration,advancing the eco-environmental conservation and upgrading of environmental protection industry.关键词
