缺磷条件下独脚金内酯对食用玫瑰侧枝生长的影响
Effects of Strigolactones on Lateral Branch Growth of Edible Rose Under Phosphorus Deficiency

Abstract
Taking the cuttings of the edible rose(Rosa chinensis'Dianhong')as the experimental material,different concentrations of strigolactone(SLs)synthesis inhibitors Tis108 were applied for treatment,and the artificial synthetic substance GR24 of SLs was sprayed under phosphorus deficiency conditions.The effects of phosphorus nutrition and SLs on the growth and development of the lateral branches of'Dianhong'edible rose were studied,and corresponding morphological and physiological indicators were measured,in order to clarify the mechanism of phosphorus nutrition and SLs in regulating the growth of lateral branches and to provide a reference for optimizing the plant type of edible rose.The results showed that top remond top removal followed by spraying Tis108 could further promote the growth of the first lateral bud;from 2 to 14 days after treatment,the length of the first laval treatment could significantly promote the growth of the first lateral bud of'Dianhong',ateral bud in the 0.05 μmol·L-1 Tis108 treatment was significantly greater than that in other treatments;spraying 5.0 μmol·L-1 Tis108 treatment had a significantly shorter length of the first lateral bud than 0.1 and 1.0 μmol·L-1 Tis108 treatments in 2 to 8 days,and the difference was not significant in 10 to 14 days.Under normal phosphorus supply conditions,the first lateral bud grew the fastest and had the longest length,which was significantly better than the phosphorus deficiency treatment;spraying 5.0 μmol·L-1 GR24 under phosphorus deficiency had the strongest inhibitory effect on the growth of the first lateral bud,and spraying 0.05 μmol·L-1 Tis108 could alleviate the inhibitory effect of phosphorus deficiency,and its lateral bud length was between the normal phosphorus and phosphorus deficiency treatments.In terms of physiological indicators,the relative content of chlorophyll in the normal phosphorus treatment was slightly higher than that in the phosphorus deficiency treatment but the difference was not significant;the relative content of chlorophyll in the treatment sprayed with GR24 under phosphorus deficiency was the highest.The leaf area of each treatment increased with time,and the leaf area of the phosphorus deficiency treatment was the smallest,while the leaf area of the treatment sprayed with GR24 under phosphorus deficiency was the largest;the increase in leaf area and root vitality showed no significant difference among the treatments.In summary,0.05 μmol·L-1 Tis108 had the best promoting effect on the growth of the first lateral bud of'Dianhong';phosphorus deficiency inhibited the growth of the first lateral bud,and exogenous spraying of SLs would exacerbate this inhibition,while Tis108 could alleviate the adverse effects of phosphorus deficiency.关键词
