摘要

Abstract

To improve the jet forming quality of shaped charge,a combined conical-flared liner structure was proposed.The jet forming process of the combined liner was investigated via the orthogonal design method,where five structural parameters were selected as the factors for the orthogonal design,including the curvature radius r of the flared liner,the top diameter d of the flared liner,the height h of the flared liner,the cone angle α of the conical liner,and the liner thickness δ.Each factor was set with five levels to formulate the orthogonal experimental schemes,and numerical simulation was performed for each designed scheme.After obtaining the simulation results,the orthogonal experimental results were analyzed with the jet head velocity and effective jet length as the evaluation indexes.The analysis results show that the optimal structural parameters of the conical-flared combined liner are as follows:r=4D,d=0.6D,h=0.7D,α=30°,and δ=0.016 7 D.The jet generated under such parameters achieves a head velocity of 9 319 m/s and an effective jet length of 170 mm,which can provide a reference for shaped charge design.
