经穴推拿技术预防肾穿刺活检术后尿潴留临床观察
Clinical observation of acupoint massage for prevention of urinary retention after renal biopsy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage therapy in preventing urinary retention after renal biopsy.Methods Sixty patients who underwent renal biopsy in the Department of Nephrology at Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,between October 2020 and March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group,according to a random number table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received acupoint massage therapy in addition to routine nursing care.Clinical efficacy,time to first spontaneous urination after surgery,residual bladder urine volume,incidence of urinary retention,and Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than the 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The time to spontaneous urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the residual bladder urine volume in patients with spontaneous urination was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the NRS score in the observation group was lower than that before intervention and lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores before and after intervention in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage therapy can prevent urinary retention after renal biopsy,shorten the time to first spontaneous urination,and improve the success rate of urination.关键词
