基于"肝体阴用阳"论治肝源性疲乏经验
Differentiating and treating hepatogenic fatigue based on the theory of"yin in property and yang in function of liver"

Abstract
Hepatogenic fatigue is a common symptom of chronic liver disease,manifesting as drowsiness,malaise,weakness,and exhaustion.Based on the theory of"yin in property and yang in function of liver",this article proposes that the coordination between the liver's property and function is fundamental to the body's tolerance of physical and mental fatigue.Chronic liver disease often leads to impaired liver yang function(characterized by stagnated qi failing to ascend and disrupted pivot regulation)and insufficient liver yin property(manifesting as liver blood deficiency and malnourishment of body and spirit).These two pathological states interact,ultimately resulting in disharmony between the liver's property and function,which constitutes the core pathogenesis of hepatogenic fatigue.Accordingly,treatment should focus on elevating yang and dispersing stagnation to facilitate liver function,and nourishing liver blood to soften and supplement liver property,emphasizing the balance of strength and gentleness,the harmony of activity and stillness,and simultaneous regulation of property and function.In clinical practice,prescriptions should also consider the specific pathological characteristics of chronic liver disease,combining syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation,and adjusting treatment according to the condition.关键词
