基于护场理论探讨燕京外科流派辨治肉芽肿性乳腺炎经验
Differentiation and treatment of granulomatous mastitis by the Yanjing School of Surgery based on the theory of nursing the field
摘要
Abstract
The Yanjing School of Surgery,formed by imperial physicians,renowned physicians in Beijing,and distinguished physicians from other regions,is an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)surgery.The school has accumulated rich clinical experience and developed distinctive characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.The Yanjing School of Surgery deeply recognizes the pathogenesis of dysfunction in the three protective field functions of"defense-confining toxins-reconstruction"and has innovatively proposed and practiced the diagnostic and therapeutic principles of"integrating internal and external treatments","holistic regulation and care",and"dynamic adjustment".Recent advances in modern science regarding the immune microenvironment,immune homeostasis,and tissue repair mechanisms provide a scientific explanatory framework for the core connotations of"defense","confining toxins",and"reconstruction"within the protective field theory.This theory has broad significance for understanding the relationship between the evolution of the local microenvironment and systemic responses in sores and ulcers,chronic refractory wounds,and even certain tumors.关键词
