青藏高原东缘草地害鼠环境友好型防控技术的评估
Evaluation of environmentally friendly control technologies for rodent pests in the eastern grassland on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau

Abstract
The Gannan grassland is an important region on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau;however,it is severely affected by rodent pests.Rodent pest control in this area must adopt environmentally friendly green technologies to avoid regional water source pollution.This study focused on rodent pest control in the Gannan grassland with the aim of exploring environmentally friendly and effective green biological control technologies.Experiments using green biological agents,and rodent,physical,and ecological controls were conducted.Representative areas with rodent pest problems in Gannan were selected as experimental sites and data were collected using fixed-point monitoring and random sampling methods.The results showed that C-type botulinum toxins,difenzoic acid-barium sulfate,and triptolide were relatively effective control measures for ground rodents.The C-type botulinum toxin control effects reached 54.26%within five days,and difenzoic acid-barium sulfate and triptolide control effects reached 67.12 and 59.65%,respectively,within four months.These methods are suitable for short-term rodent control.The introduction of foxes for rodent control experiments showed that rodent density in the release area decreased by 6.62 to 9.45%after one year,with insignificant short-term control effects,albeit suitable for long-term rodent control.The bow-and-arrow rodent control method was significantly effective for underground rodents,with a control rate of up to 68.94%.Green biological agents and bow-and-arrow rodent control technologies are mature and effective and can be widely promoted.Using silver black foxes for rodent control has certain limitations and is currently in the research stage.关键词
