基于中医体质辨识的穴位按摩在冠状动脉旁路移植术患者围术期的应用
Application of acupoint massage based on traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification in the perioperative period of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative application effect of acupoint massage based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution identification in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 158 patients undergoing CABG in a tertiary first-class hospital from June to August 2025.Two cardiac surgery wards of the same group of physicians were chosen as the intervention group and the control group,with 79 patients in each group,conducting a pragmatic cluster controlled trial.The control group received routine Western medical nursing care;the intervention group received acupoint massage based on TCM constitution identification in addition to routine nursing care.The two groups were compared in terms of sweating[visual analogue scale/score(VAS)],sleep[ittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],and activities of daily living(ADL)before surgery,at discharge,and one month after discharge,as well as the rate of participation in rehabilitation therapy after discharge.Results At discharge,the scores for VAS,PSQI,and ADL in the intervention group were 0.76±1.41,6.29±2.97,and 76.14±11.57,respectively,all better than those in the control group(1.56±1.77,8.39±3.64,and 70.82±10.81),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At one month after discharge,the scores for VAS,PSQI,and ADL in the intervention group were 0.70±1.05,7.01±3.63,and 91.16±6.85,respectively,better than those in the control group(1.34±2.15,7.76±5.11,and 88.40±6.32),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of patients receiving rehabilitation therapy after discharge was higher in the intervention group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001 8).Acupoint massage based on TCM constitution identification showed moderately large effects on postoperative VAS,PSQI,and ADL,with effect sizes of 0.586,0.794,and 0.773,respectively,all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint massage based on TCM constitution identification can improve sweating,sleep status,and activities of daily living in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting.关键词
