Abstract
With the rapid development of medical technology and the continuous improvement of patient demands,the operating room serves as the core hub of medical services in modern hospitals.Its management efficiency and service quality directly impact the overall management level of the hospital.Modern hospitals should actively seek optimization paths for operating room management models,combining the high-quality,high-efficiency,and high-safety requirements set forth in their management systems.This aims to enhance resource utilization efficiency,reduce operating costs,ensure patient safety,and provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of modern hospitals.This article proposes a series of strategies to address the existing issues in process informatization construction in operating room management:focusing on overcoming the challenges of data interconnection and interoperability in surgery-related business systems,optimizing processes,and advancing system construction;comprehensively strengthening preoperative assessments for surgical patients,strictly implementing the preoperative discussion system,accurately grasping surgical indications and contraindications,and scientifically formulating personalized surgical plans;strictly enforcing the surgical safety verification system,enhancing perioperative management measures,and constructing a lean operating room management mechanism.Through in-depth exploration and practice in these areas,this provides a systematic practical reference for modern hospitals to achieve high-quality management in their operating rooms.关键词
