摘要
Abstract
Under the background of the ongoing pursuit of"dual carbon"targets, the green transformation of textile industry are widely discussed. But in reality, the production still relies heavily on petroleum-based syn-thetic fibers, and the potential of material selection and design decision to reduce carbon emissions remains unde-rutilized.Bio-based textiles, derived from renewable resources and exhibiting relatively low life-cycle carbon e-mission,offer a promising pathway to relieve resources and environmental constraints. In this paper, based on life cycle assessment(LCA)method, the main recent advances in bio-based fibers were systematically re-viewed,focusing on polylactic acid(PLA),lyocell and bio-based polyamide 56(PA56)in terms of the realis-tic performance of their properties and applications. On this basis, combining with the"4R"low-carbon princi-ples,a green-designed strategic framework integrating material substitution, clean manufacturing and digital de-sign was proposed, and the critical roles of carbon auditing and waste textile recycling in industry practice were further explored. The study concludes that systematic carbon reduction requires coordinated efforts across material innovation, design strategies and policy instruments, rather than isolated technological breakthroughs.关键词
