摘要
Abstract
Guided by the core principle of high-quality development and based on the characteristics of"aggregate balance and structural optimization"for the adjustment and expansion of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone,this paper employs literature review,case analysis,and data analysis methods.It studies from four aspects of"current situation diagnosis,problem identification and path construction".Firstly,it examines the spatial layout and industrial foundation of the adjustment and expansion area.Secondly,it analyzes the spatial constraints faced in achieving high-quality development.Subsequently,it formulates a systematic strategic path.Finally,it proposes a three-pronged support system encompassing policies,factors of production,and institutional mechanisms.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality advancement of the spatial adjustment and expansion area of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone.关键词
