Abstract
Major technological breakthroughs have historically brought about profound transformations in human society,often with far-reaching and unforeseen consequences.New quality productive forces emerge precisely from such revolutionary technological advances.Generative artificial intelligence,represented by DeepSeek and similar systems,stands as a landmark achievement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,signaling rapid progress in general-purpose technologies and the accelerated development of new quality productive forces.These forces have not only exerted a significant influence on China's economic and social development,but are also reshaping its economic and social structures in fundamental ways.Productive forces constitute the primary driving force of social development and the ultimate cause of social transformation and political change.The rise of new quality productive forces and their substitution for traditional ones represent a defining feature of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,serving as a foundational force for the creation of new forms of technological civilization.Their emergence and expansion are set to reconfigure the essential elements of human modes of production and ways of life established since the Industrial Revolution.At present,new quality productive forces represented by generative artificial intelligence such as DeepSeek are comprehensively reshaping production and lifestyles,exerting profound influence on China's social structure-particularly in terms of income distribution and class stratification.The development of such productive forces is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities and social wealth,expand the size of the middle-income group,and promote the formation of an"olive-shaped"modern social structure.These transformations carry significant and far-reaching implications for advancing high-quality development and achieving common prosperity for all.关键词
