Hidden Fingerprint in Scattered Light:Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract
Raman scattering,a unique phenomenon within scattered light,serves as an exclusive"identity fingerprint"that precisely reveals the internal structural information of substances.Concealed within a vast array of light signals,it quietly unveils the mysteries of the microscopic world.With its remarkable capabilities,Raman spectroscopy has made significant contributions in various aspects of daily life,including food and pharmaceutical ingredient detection,archaeological exploration,cultural relic restoration,criminal investigation,and environmental pollution monitoring.To enhance public scientific understanding,this study has designed four representative experimental modules:plastic material analysis,jewelry and jade identification,security screening of hazardous liquids,and hands-on spectrometer self-constructed practice.By utilizing common everyday samples and representative application scenarios,these experiments intuitively demonstrate the connection between Raman scattering phenomena and material structural characteristics.The aim is to bridge the gap between professional science and technology and public awareness,thereby advancing the popularization of spectroscopic analysis techniques.关键词
