新质生产力赋能绿色发展的逻辑理路与实践指向
The logical framework and practical orientation of new quality productive forces empowering green development
摘要
Abstract
The theory of new quality productive forces represents a contemporary development of Marxist productivity theory and constitutes an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Economy.At present,new quality productive forces and green development not only promote and reinforce each other,but are also rapidly becoming a core driving force for advancing green development.Centered on technological innovation and the comprehensive development of human beings,green development requires strong support from disruptive and key technological breakthroughs.In essence,new quality productive forces are a form of green productivity:the new energy,new technologies,and emerging industries they advocate align with the requirements of green development and can effectively empower it.The empowerment of green development by new quality productive forces follows a clear internal logic.With high-quality economic development as a primary task,improvement of people's well-being as a value pursuit,and ecological sustainability as a defining feature,new quality productive forces share a consistent value orientation with green development.They provide new momentum and expanded space for green transformation,with both converging within the broader process of Chinese modernization.To advance this empowerment,efforts should be made across three dimensions:green production,green consumption,and green governance.In terms of green production,it is necessary to accelerate the formation of a green industrial system,realize full-process greening of production,and strengthen technological drivers.In terms of green consumption,demand-side measures should promote shifts in consumption concepts and advocate green consumption,while supply-side efforts should focus on developing and promoting green products,alongside fostering green lifestyles at the societal level.In terms of green governance,it is essential to improve green fiscal and financial policies to provide robust institutional support and sustained momentum for green development driven by new quality productive forces.关键词
