A green approach to natural products chemistry experiments:optimization and improvement of berberine hydrochloride preparation

Abstract
To overcome the limitations of traditional berberine hydrochloride preparation methods,such as prolonged duration,low efficiency,and excessive waste generation,this study proposes a purification-free preparation method.Furthermore,antimicrobial and antioxidant testing modules were incorporated into the original berberine hydrochloride preparation experiment,transforming it from a simple verification-based extraction into a multifunctional comprehensive experiment.This approach effectively integrates science education with ideological-political cultivation,enhances the curriculum's innovation and challenge level,strengthens educational outcomes,and promotes students'comprehensive development.关键词
