This article examines the case study of"Buffer System and Regulatory Mechanisms in the Human Body"from the"General Chemistry"textbook in the Chemistry"101 Plan"to explore the methodology and techniques for developing textbook case studies.Key considerations in case writing include ensuring the relevance between case content and core knowledge points,integrating interdisciplinary knowledge with ideological and political elements,and establishing a logical framework for case content.Additionally,the article highlights the potential applications of textbook cases in subject teaching,science popularization,and smart courses,offering valuable insights for teaching practice.关键词
