大豆MYB转录因子的进化特征及功能研究进展
Research Progress on Evolutionary Characteristics and Functions of MYB Transcription Factors in Soybean

Abstract
MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)transcription factors constitute a highly conserved and widely distributed gene family in plants,playing pivotal regulatory roles in plant growth and development,secondary metabolite accumulation,and stress responses.As a typical paleopolyploid plant,soybean underwent two major whole-genome duplication events,leading to unique evolutionary patterns in the expansion,evolutionary rate,and paralog divergence of the MYB gene family.Compared with other crops,soybean encodes a larger number of MYB transcription factors,whose functions in stress tolerance,yield,quality,and symbiotic nitrogen fixation have been well documented.Based on genome-wide identification data,this paper systematically reviews the evolutionary characteristics of soybean MYB transcription factors and comprehensively summarizes their regulatory roles in abiotic stresses(salinity,drought,low temperature,etc),biotic stresses,and secondary metabolism.This review provides theoretical insights for unraveling the molecular mechanisms underlying MYB-mediated regulation and accelerating genetic improvement of soybean.关键词
