Abstract

[Objective]In order to screen out Auricularia heimuer strains suitable for cultivation in mountainous areas of Fujian Province.[Method]Nine Auricularia heimuer strains from major domestic production areas were introduced and cultivated in the high mountain region of Zhenghe County,Fujian Province.The locally dominant strain'Heishan'was used as the control.The nutritional components from each strain were determined,including protein,total sugar,crude fiber,ash,amino acids,and mineral contents.[Result]The basic nutritional component contents of dried fruiting bodies of different Auricularia heimuer strains were similar:protein 119.0-126.0 mg/g,total sugar 21.0-24.0 mg/g,crude fiber 5.1%-6.2%,ash 40.0-48.0 mg/g,amino acids 97.0-100.5 mg/g,and free amino acids 0.1%-0.2%.Regarding mineral contents among different strains,the differences in Ca,Mg,and Se were small,while those in Fe and Zn were relatively large.In particular,the Fe content ranged from 74.20 to 212.00 mg/kg,showing substantial variation among strains.Auricularia heimuer'S1908'exhibited high contents of protein,total sugar,ash,amino acids,Mg,and Fe,but low crude fiber content.[Conclusion]All Auricularia heimuer strains are characterized by rich nutrition and high safety.Among them,the comprehensive nutritional quality of strain'S1908'is excellent,making it suitable for cultivation and promotion in the mountainous regions of Fujian Province.
