Source-grid-load-storage Coordinated Dispatch for Distribution Network Fault Recovery Considering Microgrid Support

Abstract
To address the voltage fluctuation and source-load coordination difficulties in the active distribution networks with high penetration distributed resources and microgrids during fault recovery,this paper proposes a dispatch model considering voltage quality and a two-stage decision-making framework.Based on the concept of time-scale decoupling,a two-stage decision architecture is constructed.The first stage employs graph-theoretic set operations and connectivity verification to screen feasible transfer topologies,reducing the dimensionality of fault recovery.The second stage establishes a source-grid-load-storage coordinated model integrating microgrids,energy storage systems and demand response.Voltage deviation and fluctuation penalty terms are introduced into the objective function,utilizing a variable weight penalty mechanism to guide the system toward a stability-oriented mode post-fault.Case studies demonstrate that the proposed strategy achieves an optimal trade-off between technical and economic performance through the temporal complementarity of microgrid baseload support,energy storage peak-shaving and demand response curtailment.While ensuring voltage safety in islanded operation,the strategy realizes zero main grid power purchase and a net economic revenue during the fault,and significantly reduces forced load shedding compared to the economically optimal topology.The results validate the advantages of the proposed strategy in balancing operational economy and voltage stability,providing decision support for resilience enhancement of distribution networks post-fault.关键词
