Basic experiment for Pourbaix diagram analysis and electrochemical performance optimization based on"bipolar"technology

Abstract
This study addresses the pedagogical challenges associated with Pourbaix diagrams in inorganic chemistry by incorporating bipolar membrane technology to develop a visualized experimental approach.Utilizing sodium alginate as the raw material,we fabricated a bipolar membrane and constructed an electrochemical cell to systematically investigate the effects of pH and overpotential on cell voltage.The experiment employs a blended online-offline teaching methodology with tiered experimental modules,facilitating interdisciplinary knowledge integration.Characterized by operational simplicity,reagent safety,and cost-effectiveness,this approach enhances students'theoretical understanding and innovative thinking,making it particularly suitable for undergraduate chemistry education.关键词
