Abstract
To address the problem that the traditional complex coefficient PI controller can't achieve complete decoupling and suffers from limited dynamic performance in inverters with LCL filters,this paper proposes an optimal design method for the complex coefficient PI controller based on the design of experiment(DOE)method.First,it analyzes decoupling limitations of the traditional complex coefficient PI controller when applied to LCL filters.Then,it employs a central composite design to establish a statistical model that reflects the dynamic characteristics of the current loop.Next,with the optimization objectives of reducing overshoot,improving response speed and suppressing reactive current variation during a step change in the active current reference,it uses the reduced gradient algorithm to optimize the controller parameters.Finally,the correctness of the proposed method is verified through simulation and experimental results.When the active current reference steps from 30%load to the rated load,the optimized controller reduces the active and reactive current overshoots by 88.4%and 93.6%respectively,and reduces the settling times of the active and reactive currents by 85.1%and 95.5%respectively,significantly improving the dynamic performance of the system.关键词
