栀子厚朴颗粒的质量控制方法研究
Study on Quality Control Method of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po Granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the quality control method of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po Granules(ZZHPG).Methods The thin layer chromatogra-phy(TLC)method was used to identify Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Magnolia of ficinalis Rehd.et Wils in ZZHPG.The particle size,water content and solubility of ZZHPG were examined by pharmaceutics examination.The content of geniposide in granules was deter-mined by ultra-fast liquid chromatography.Results TLC spots of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Magnolia of ficinalis Rehd.et Wils in the granules were clear,and the negative control had no interference.The particle size,moisture content and solubility test results of the granules all met the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards.The content of geniposide in the granules had a good linear re-lationship in the range of 1-40 mg/L(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery rate was 98.9％.The content of geniposide in 6 batches of ZZHPG ranged from 31.51 to 34.32 mg/g.Conclusion The standard established in this study can provide a basis for the quality control of ZZHPG.关键词
