基于体质分类的痰气从化演变研究
Evolution of Phlegm-Qi Conghua Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification

Abstract
Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution and the theory of Phlegm-Qi Conghua,this article conducts a systematic review of the relationship between constitutional bias and the evolution of Phlegm-Qi,the characteris-tics of Phlegm-Qi Conghua across the 9 constitution types,and the underlying mechanisms.Constitutional bias is regarded as an im-portant intrinsic foundation for Phlegm-Qi Conghua.Different constitution types can determine the tendencies of phlegm toward cold,heat,dryness,or dampness transformation by influencing the abnormal exuberance or debilitation of yin and yang,the functions of zang-fu organs,and the distribution of qi,blood,and body fluids.They can further impact changes in the location of disease,mor-phological transformation,and pattern evolution.On this basis,a"constitution differentiation-phlegm differentiation"approach is put forward.First,constitution differentiation should serve as the foundation:the causes of phlegm formation should be examined,and the tendencies toward cold,heat,dryness,or dampness transformation should be assessed.Second,phlegm differentiation should be regarded as the key:the dynamic evolution of Phlegm-Qi should be evaluated in terms of the nature of disease,its form and charac-teristics,the location of the disease,and the pattern manifestations.Third,differentiation and treatment should be coordinated:regu-lating qi and resolving phlegm should be employed to treat the manifestations,while regulating constitution and consolidating the root should be used to restore the basis of qi transformation.This approach emphasizes the integration of constitution differentiation,disease differentiation,and pattern differentiation.It may offer a reference for the dynamic treatment of chronic diseases,individual-ized intervention,and the construction of theoretical models in TCM,thereby facilitating the clinical translation and precise applica-tion of the theory of Phlegm-Qi Conghua.关键词
