Effects of Different Microbial Agents on Growing Development,Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco,and Soil Physicochemical Properties

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of different microbial agents on growing development,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were explored to provide the technical support for high-quality production of flue-cured tobacco.[Method]The effects of Englan microbial agent+tobacco-specific fertilizer treatment(T1)and Bacillus firmus agent+tobacco-specific fertilizer treatment(T2)on agronomic traits,incidence,yield,quality and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco(Yunyan 99),and soil physicochemical properties were investigated by using the randomized block design and taking the specific fertilizer treatment as CK.[Result]Two microbial agents both could improve yield and quality of tobacco leaves,proportion of first and medium-class tobacco leaves,and the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in the cured tobacco,and effectively reduce the incidence of tobacco root-knot nematode disease.The yield(158.37 kg/667m2),output value(4 721.01 Yuan/667m2)and first and medium-class tobacco leaves ratio(85.88%)of T1 were 4.71%,10.65%and 7.43%higher than CK,respectively.The content of total sugar(42.04%),reducing sugar(28.99%),nicotine(2.29%)and starch(4.78%)in the cured tobacco of T1 were 2.61 percentage points,3.31 percentage points,0.09 percentage points and 0.95 percentage points higher than CK,separately.The incidence(1.22%)of tobacco root-knot nematode disease in T1 was 1.58 percentage points lower than CK.[Conclusion]Applying Englan microbial agent can effectively increase yield,quality and first and medium-class tobacco leaves ratio of flue-cured tobacco and improve chemical components coordination of the cured tobacco.关键词
