微观基站映射产业韧性:数字基础设施与生产性服务业全球价值链的实证检验
Micro Base Station Mapping Industrial Resilience:An Empirical Test of the Global Value Chain of Digital Infrastructure and Producer Services

Abstract
In the context of intensified global external shocks,it is of great significance to enhance the resilience of the glo-bal value chain of producer services.Based on the matching samples of micro 4G base station data of 51 countries(regions)and Asian Development Bank Multi-Regional Input-Output(ADB-MRIO)data from 2014 to 2024,this paper takes 2020 as the reference year of common external shocks,measures the global value chain resilience of producer services from the perspective of dynamic re-covery and value chain extension,and empirically tests the impact of digital infrastructure and its mechanism of action.The study finds that:(1)digital infrastructure significantly improves the global value chain resilience of producer services;(2)Its role is mainly achieved by promoting the agglomeration of high-skilled R&D personnel,enhancing the industry influence coefficient and reducing trade costs.(3)This effect is relatively stronger in knowledge-intensive service industries,non-Organization for Eco-nomic Cooperation and Development(OECD)countries,Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)agreement mem-ber countries and countries along the Belt and Road.The research shows that digital infrastructure not only helps to reduce cross-border service transaction friction,but also helps to enhance the repair and adaptability of producer services in an uncertain environ-ment.关键词
