Abstract
Evolutionary biology is an"infinitely synthetic"theory that extends beyond life sciences to encompass multiple fields within social sciences.Molecular evolutionary biology has gradually developed alongside the application of molecular biology techniques in the study of biological evolution.For master's students who already possess foundational knowledge of biological evolution,the ultimate goal of offering the course"Molecular Evolutionary Biology:Theory and Practice"is to support their research endeavors.In the teaching process,challenges such as the vast and complex knowledge system,rapid technological advancements,and the urgent need for practical skills have been encountered.Therefore,in accordance with the required class hours,ongoing reforms in course content have been implemented.During instruction,emphasis is placed on integrating case studies from cutting-edge research,prioritizing the cultivation and assessment of practical abilities,and fostering students'comprehensive innovative research skills in utilizing molecular data to address biological evolution problems,while also providing valuable experience and reference for other universities offering similar courses.关键词
