摘要
Abstract
To address the issues of sucrose inversion loss,equipment corrosion and clogging,and product quality deterioration caused by microbial contamination in the crushing process of a sulfitation-process cane sugar mill,this study optimizes and evaluates the practical application effects of different disinfection technologies,aiming to provide an efficient,economical,and safe microbial control solution for sugar mills.Taking the crushing workshop of a Guangxi cane sugar mill as the research object,the disinfection mechanisms,process parameters,implementation effects,and economic performance of chemical methods(chlorine dioxide,milk of lime),physical methods(high-pressure cold water,high-temperature steam,pasteurization and medium-temperature sterilization),and biological control methods(glucanase,Bacteroides)were compared and analyzed.Key indicators such as the apparent purity difference between first-pressed juice and mixed juice,bagasse pol,equipment corrosion rate,sugar recovery rate,downtime frequency,and additive consumption were measured to comprehensively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each technology,and the economic benefit of a typical retrofitting case was calculated.The results showed that:①Chlorine dioxide disinfection reduced the average apparent purity difference from 1.63%to 1.46%and increased sugar recovery from 10.91%to 11.82%,but caused an annual corrosion rate of carbon steel equipment>2.8 mm,increased maintenance costs by approximately 800 000-1000 000 yuan/year,and consumed auxiliary materials costing about 34 100 yuan/year;②Calcium oxide(pre-lime)strongly inhibited microorganisms and assisted clarification,but improper pH control could lead to alkaline decomposition of sucrose;③High-temperature steam(120-135 ℃)achieved a spore kill rate>99.99%,reduced surface microbial count to<10 CFU/cm2,lowered bagasse pol from 2.25%to 2.02%,increased cane crushing capacity from 250 to 275 t/h,kept corrosion rate<0.5 mm/year,required no additives,and required only about 30 000 yuan/year in investment;④Glucanase can reduce the apparent purity difference to 1.41%,but its cost is high.Bacteroides achieves a comparable purification effect to glucanase,and both can meet the process requirement of 1.5%.Sugar mills should establish a multi-level integrated"physical-chemical-biological"prevention system based on their own equipment conditions,product quality requirements and environmental standards.关键词
