硼/硝酸钾含能材料筛分工艺的离散元模拟及其对燃烧性能的影响
DEM Simulation of the Screening Process for Boron/Potassium Nitrate-Based Energetic Materials and Its Effect on Combustion Performance

Abstract
To explore the coupling relationship between process parameters,microstructure and combustion performance of boron-potassium nitrate(BPN)energetic materials during the vibrating screening process,the Discrete Element Method(DEM)combined with experimental tests were carried out.Based on the similarity theory,a geometric-dynamic nonlinear scaling method was proposed to establish the DEM scaled model for BPN particle sieving.The influences of vibration frequency and amplitude on sieving efficiency,average particle size(D50)and bulk density were analyzed,while the calorific value,pres-sure rise behavior and flame propagation velocity of BPN samples were tested by a closed burster and linear combustion device.The results indicate that vibration amplitude exerts a more prominent effect on particle average particle size(D50)and bulk density than frequency,serving as the dominant control factor for sieving.In the tested parameter range,the parameter combi-nation of 45 Hz and 0.4 cm presents the optimal sieving performance with the minimum average particle size(D50)of 261.785 μm.Meanwhile,the BPN sample prepared under this condition delivers superior energy release properties,with a pressur-ization rate of 39.49MPa/s and a linear combustion rate of 109.11 mm/s.关键词
