妊娠前半期甲状腺功能减退症的代谢特征及生物标志物
Metabolic characteristics and biomarkers of hypothyroidism in the first half of pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the metabolic characteristics and potential biomarkers of hypothyroidism in the first half of pregnancy.Methods:A total of 30 pregnant women with hypothyroidism in the first half of pregnancy were selected as the hypothyroidism group,and another 30 healthy pregnant women were enrolled as the control group.Serum samples of all preg-nant women were collected,and untargeted metabolomics detection was performed by high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)was adopted to screen differential me-tabolites between the hypothyroidism group and the control group.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was carried out for the screened differential metabolites.Results:A total of 323 differential metabolites were identified between the hypothyroidism group and the control group.Compared with the control group,96 differential metabolites were up-regulated and 226 were down-regulated in the hypothyroidism group.Compared with the control group,13-hydroxyoctadecadienoic acid(13-HODE)was significantly down-regulated,while sphingosine(Sph)was significantly up-regulated in the hypothyroidism group(P＜0.05).The differential metabolites were mainly enriched in 10 pathways,such as the PPAR signaling pathway and apoptosis pathway.Conclusion:The serum metabolic characteristics are altered in patients with hypothyroidism during the first half of pregnancy.13-HODE and Sph may serve as potential biomarkers for this condition.关键词
