基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer的中医药治疗高泌乳素血症研究进展可视化分析
Visualization Analysis of Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Hyperprolactinemia Using CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status,research hotspots,and development trends of clinical studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for hyperprolactinemia(HPRL)through a literature analysis.Methods Relevant literature on TCM treatment of HPRL from 1994 to 2024 was retrieved from Chinese databases,including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and VIP Information.Data were cleaned using Python 3.9.6.Visualization analyses of overall publication output,research subjects and collaboration networks,highly cited literature,and keywords were conducted using CiteSpace(6.3.R1),VOSviewer(1.6.20),Excel 2010,and other software.Results A total of 882 articles were included,and 12 effective knowledge maps were generated.The annual number of publications showed an overall increasing trend.Leading research institutions included Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,while author and institutional collaborations were relatively scattered.Co-word,clustering,and burst analyses of keywords revealed that research hotspots focus on raw Hordeum vulgare grain,Xiaoyao Pills,infertility,and delayed menstruation.Common TCM syndromes for treating HPRL include kidney deficiency with liver depression syndrome and phlegm-dampness obstruction syndrome.Conclusion The number of publications on TCM treatment for HPRL is generally increasing,indicating that the field is in a developmental stage with promising prospects.However,research teams and institutions operate relatively independently and lack close collaboration.Future efforts should strengthen team cooperation.While TCM treatment of HPRL remains a current research hotspot and development trend,studies generally lack depth and unified diagnostic and therapeutic standards.Enhancing international influence,establishing standardized guidelines for diagnosis and treatment,and promoting collaborative research are urgent issues and expected future research trends.关键词
