常小荣基于"经脉-脏腑相关"理论辨治神志病浅析
A brief analysis of Professor CHANG Xiaorong's differentiation and treatment of mental disorders based on the"meridian and zang-fu correlation"theory

Abstract
Professor CHANG Xiaorong,based on the theory of"meridian and zang-fu correlation",has developed a hierarchical differentiation and treatment system for mental disorders(Shenzhi disorders).This system is structured around the principles of"theories,methods,prescriptions,points,and techniques,"identifying the core pathogenesis as"the imbalance between substance(original spirit)and function(heart spirit)."It establishes a pattern differentiation pathway of"first differentiating yin and yang,then qi and blood,finally the five zang organs."In treatment,it creates a"Shu-Zhi-Yuan"triple acupoints combination framework consisting of"five zang back Shu points,five Zhi(emotions)points,and five zang Yuan-primordial points,"integrating layered(substance-function,yin-yang,qi-blood,five zang organs)and staged(acute attack stage,remission stage)points selection strategies,along with corresponding acupuncture and moxibustion techniques.This forms a complete closed loop from theoretical analysis to clinical operation.This paper systematically elaborates on the theoretical basis,logical framework,and clinical application of this system,aiming to provide a three-dimensional and precise pattern identification approach for acupuncture treatment of mental disorders,as well as a paradigm for the modern application and academic inheritance of the"meridian and zang-fu correlation"theory.关键词
