摘要

Abstract

Professor JIN Zhe,a National Renowned TCM Physician,draws on the theoretical foundation of Huang Di Nei Jin(Huangdi's Classic of Medicine)and integrates clinical practice to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of persistent cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection from the perspective of"earth(spleen)attains unimpeded movement through the action of wood(liver)."She proposes that the initial pathogenesis involves deficiency of spleen(earth)and stagnation of liver(wood),which further develops into internal accumulation of dampness and toxins,and eventually evolves into the interlocking of stasis and toxins at the later stage.This paper summarizes Professor JIN Zhe's clinical experience in treating persistent cervical HR-HPV infection.By regulating the relationship between the liver and spleen,she employs tonifying,wind-type(medicinals with wind-like properties,which can dispel dampness,revive the spleen,and regulate the liver),flower,and insect medicinals in treatment.A verified medical record is attached to provide a reference for the clinical management of persistent cervical HR-HPV infection.
