中医药调节免疫炎症治疗癫痫的研究进展
Research progress on Chinese medicine regulating immune inflammation in treating epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disorder with incompletely clarified pathogenesis.However,immune-inflammatory responses are involved throughout the entire process of the onset and progression of epilepsy.This paper systematically elucidates the molecular mechanisms and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in regulating immune inflammation for the treatment of epilepsy.It summarizes experimental and clinical evidence demonstrating that TCM monomers,active constituents,and formulas alleviate epileptic seizures through multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms,including regulation of glial cell activation,NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation,pro-inflammatory cytokine release,immune microenvironment homeostasis,and signaling pathways such as nuclear factor κB(NF-κB),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)ergic transmission,and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1).It aims to provide a reference for clinical research and drug development for epilepsy.关键词
