心血管疾病患者限制饮食负担与饮食行为的关系:饮食自我效能和饮食计划的链式中介作用
Relationship between dietary restriction burden and dietary behavior in patients with cardiovascular disease:the chain mediating role of dietary self-efficacy and dietary planning
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the chain mediating role of dietary self-efficacy and dietary planning in the relationship between dietary restriction burden and dietary behavior among patients with cardiovascular disease(CVD).Methods A total of 248 CVD patients were recruited by con-venience sampling.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the General Information Question-naire,Dietary Planning Scale,Dietary Behavior Scale,Dietary Self-Efficacy Scale and Dietary Re-striction Burden Scale. Results The mean scores of dietary behavior, dietary restriction burden,di-etary self-efficacy and dietary planning were(36.66±6.55),(12.71±7.76),(54.87±12.81)and(48.24±13.31),respectively.Dietary behavior was positively correlated with dietary restriction burden, dietary planning and dietary self-efficacy(P<0.05).Mediation analysis revealed that dieta-ry restriction burden exerted both direct and indirect effects on dietary behavior, primarily through two mediating pathways:the independent mediating effect of dietary self-efficacy(β=-0.047 6,95%CI:-0.100 4 to-0.003 6)and the chain mediating effect of dietary self-efficacy-dietary planning(β=-0.023 6,95%CI:-0.060 9 to-0.000 6).Conclusion Enhancing dietary self-efficacy and developing scientific, feasible dietary plans may improve adherence to healthy dietary behaviors a-mong CVD patients.关键词
