基于"肺主皮毛"理论的银屑病"药-罐-针-浴"结合模式的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Combined Treatment Mode of"Medication-Cupping-Acupuncture-Medicinal Bath"for Psoriasis Based on the Theory of"Lung Governs Fur"

Abstract
Objective:Guided by the theory of"lung governs fur",this study aimed to treat psoriasis from the perspective of the lung and observe the clinical efficacy of the combined"medicine-cupping-acupuncture-medicinal bath"mode and its effects on peripheral blood CD4+T lymphocyte subsets and related cytokine levels.Methods:A total of 140 patients with psoriasis who visited the department of dermatology,Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to October 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was treated from the perspective of the lung,receiving oral Chinese herbal decoction,cupping therapy,acupuncture,and Chinese herbal medicine baths.The control group received oral acitretin capsules treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores,CD4+T lymphocyte subsets,and related cytokine levels were assessed before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and safety evaluations were conducted at the end of the treatment course.Results:After treatment,the PASI scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed decreased levels of proportions of T helper lymphocyte Type 1(Th1),Type 17(Th17)and Type 22(Th22),as well as interleukin(IL)-17,IL-22,IL-23,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in peripheral blood,and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,regulatory T cells(Treg)and IL-10 levels increased in both groups,and the increases were more pronounced in the observation group(P<0.05).Comparing the total effective rates between the two groups,the observation group was 89.23%,which was higher than the control group at 78.13%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.62%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined"medicine-cupping-acupuncture-medicina bath"mode for the treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of the lung demonstrates significant efficacy and high safety,suggesting its potential for clinical application and promotion.关键词
