Abstract
This article focuses on the key issues in wound protection and management after ano-rectal surgery.Based on relevant domestic and international guidelines,expert consensus,clinical studies,and expert experiences,and combined with the pathophysiological characteristics of wounds after anorectal surgery,it summarizes pain assessment,basic treatment,pharmacological interven-tions,the application of temperature-sensitive biomaterials,efficacy evaluation,and follow-up man-agement,and forms recommendation opinions.The consensus emphasizes that wound protection should be integrated throughout the entire perioperative management process,with attention to local cleansing,maintaining a moist environment,reducing contamination and friction stimuli,as well as comprehensively controlling pain,exudation,and the risk of infection.For materials such as tem-perature-sensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan,it is recommended to apply them cautiously in wounds without infection and with controlled exudation.Standardized wound management helps improve pain control and wound healing outcomes after anorectal surgery.However,there is still limited direct high-quality evidence regarding temperature-sensitive biomaterials in this field,and further research is needed for verification.关键词
