基于自我决定理论的健康教育联合康复训练在手部肌腱损伤术后患者中的应用效果
Application effect of health education combined with rehabilitation training based on self-determination theory in patients after hand tendon injury surgery

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of health education combined with reha-bilitation training based on self-determination theory in patients after hand tendon injury surgery.Methods A total of 166 patients after hand tendon injury surgery were selected as the study sub-jects.The patients were divided into control group(n=83)and observation group(n=83)using the random number table method.The control group underwent rehabilitation training using the con-ventional nursing model,while the observation group received health education combined with reha-bilitation training based on self-determination theory.Hand function,rehabilitation training compli-ance and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups before the intervention and at 1 and 3 months after the intervention.The occurrence of postoperative adhesion and adverse events was also-compared between the two groups.Results At 1-and 3-month after intervention,the scores of the Purdue Pegboard Test(PPT),Exercise Adherence Rating Scale(EARS)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The completion time of the Minnesota Manual Dexterity Test(MMDT)in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after the intervention,the degree of adhesion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05),and all adverse events were alleviated after symptomatic treatment.Con-clusion Health education combined with rehabilitation training based on self-determination theory is beneficial for promoting hand function recovery,improving rehabilitation training compliance,and enhancing self-efficacy in patients after hand tendon injury surgery.关键词
