温度及外源生长调节物质处理对冰叶日中花种子萌发特性的影响
Effects of Temperature and Exogenous Growth Regulator Treatments on Seed Germination Characteristics of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.

Abstract
To clarify the germination characteristics of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.Seeds,this study took Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.seeds as the test material and investigated the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin,indoleacetic acid and differ-ent temperatures on seed germination rate,germination potential,vitality index and fresh seed weight.The results showed that the addition of 120 mg·L-1 gibberellin had a signifi-cant effect on the germination rate,vitality index and germination potential of the seeds of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.The addition of 150 mg·L-1 IAA significantly in-creased the germination rate,vitality index and germination potential of the seeds of the Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.Under treatment at 25℃,the germination rate,vitali-ty index,germination potential and average fresh weight of the seeds of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.were significantly better than those of the control group.Based on the above,it is believed that both exogenous growth regulatory substances and suitable tempera-ture can promote the germination of seeds of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum L.Among them,the optimal concentration of gibberellin is 120 mg·L-1,the optimal concentration of IAA treatment is 150 mg·L-1 and the suitable temperature is 25℃.关键词
