新时代党的作风建设与信仰认同的耦合逻辑
The Coupling Logic of the Party's Style Construction and Belief Identity in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
Strengthening the construction of the Party's work style in the new era is closely coupled and mutually supported with the deep logic and the issue of Party members' belief and identity.The foun-dation of the coupling lies in the firm belief in Marxism,the lofty ideal of communism,and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which are the deep driving force and spiritual support for the internalization and externalization of excellent work styles.The problem of coupling lies in the fact that some party members and cadres have lost faith,wavered in beliefs,and lacked spiritual calcium,which is the real root cause of the phenomenon of style alienation such as formalism,bureaucracy,hedonism,and ex-travagance.The act of coupling lies in achieving resonance between work style construction and belief iden-tity through strengthening ideological soul building,enhancing cultural confidence,improving institutional norms,and deepening practical training.Only by adhering to the principle of treating both symptoms and root causes,and combining elimination with establishment can we establish a long-term mechanism for im-proving the work style,maintain the political nature and vitality of the Party,and provide strong guarantees for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.关键词
